I'm in love with Prezi's... Here is my latest Prezi about leading the change that is about to take place within the third grade team at my school. It's going to take teamwork and a lot of support to make the changes successful...
Awesome presentation! You've made me a Prezi believer. I'll have to use it soon! I liked the line that "complacency is unacceptable." What will you do as a leader when your organization reaches that inevitable lull in the process of undergoing change and maintaining urgency?
I'm currently experiencing this right now with our behavior initiative on our campus. It is not easy to solve.
Thanks, Hillary... I love Prezi. They are so fun to make, and they are fun to watch, too. Not so "linear" like powerpoint.
I think to maintain the momentum, you have to kind of take stock. Celebrate your success, but take an honest look at where you still have room to grow. By starting with the positive, you'll have an incentive for ways to continue to make improvements. Of course, communication about those goals and what the teachers feel is sometimes the hardest thing to do. Keep in touch! Are you taking Problem Analysis next? That's where I'll be!
